Obama overturns Mexico City Policy, pro-lifers react

President Obama reversed the Mexico City Policy–the ban on federal funding for international groups promoting and performing abortions. I don’t understand why he would do this—money for more abortions! I thought he was against torture!

And why was this EO made in cover of darkness? Where’s the transparency!?
